My father was brought to the ER by ambulance . While we were in the room . There was a particular nurse name Genesis . She was taken my father's vitals . She was very caring and compassionate. She made my dad feel comfortable. She also saw me seating in the chair for so long ,and brought me a pillow to put in my back . She told us if we need it anything to let her know. You need more nurses like that ❤️ She was amazing .The doctor was also nice .She brought something for my dad to eat .

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care my sister received twice here at Hartford Hospital. The care during her first stay was truly outstanding. While I don't recall many of the specific nurses and staff from that time, I clearly remember how wonderful everyone was. This time around, the staff has continued to be incredibly kind and accommodating. My sister underwent surgery to remove a cavernous malformation from her brain, and I want to specifically acknowledge the incredible team in the Neuro ICU, the floor doctor Dr. Au, and her Surgeon Dr. Killory. Additionally, the OT staff and PT staff, were both exceptional. Even the front desk staff went above and beyond to provide consistent support and care, despite us seeing us so often. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care my sister has received at this hospital. Everyone has been so attentive, compassionate, and professional, making her stay(s) here as comfortable as possible. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my gratitude for the amazing care my sister has received.

Last week I was transferred here from my local hospital because I needed emergency back surgery. I had a serious injury that required immediate attention and every single person I had an interaction with was amazing. From the er staff/nurses , cafeteria staff, aids, the surgeons .. everyone was so kind and I couldn't have asked for better care. I was absolutely terrified and in pain, everyone was so reassuring and it made a terrible time a little bit more bearable. I would absolutely recommend this hospital.

Review of Hartford Hospital Cancer Care I recently had the experience of supporting my father through his cancer treatment at Hartford Hospital, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care he received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a challenging situation much more manageable. Dr. Hernon was outstanding—his expertise and compassionate manner put my father at ease. He took the time to explain every step of the treatment process, ensuring we felt informed and supported. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. D.Ann and Diana their assistant were also wonderful. Their kindness and professionalism created a warm atmosphere that made a difficult time feel a bit more hopeful. They were always available to answer our questions and provide reassurance. Not all the nurses were good but I don’t want to say names. However, I want to give a special shout-out to Nurse Erin on Bliss 8. Her kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure my father was comfortable and well taken care of. Her positive attitude made such a difference in our experience. Overall, our time at Hartford Hospital was marked by exceptional care and support. I can't thank the entire team enough for their dedication and compassion during this challenging time. Highly recommend!

I thought all the staff-nurses, doctors, pcts, housekeeping, food staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Came in to the ER due to anaphylaxis and did not expect to stay for multiple days but everyone here was so kind. One of the amazing nurses even took me on a nice walk to Starbucks.

Everybody here took great care of me, I’d give a million stars if I could. I wish I remembered all my doctors and nurses names to thank them all but I was in rough shape when I came in. Amazing hospital with the greatest people ❤️

Very good service & Excellent customer service, Nurse practioner Dr Brennan very very good Excellent Job. She did stitches on my Freind Tumb. Very Professional know how to talk to the patience she explained everything.

I had an emergency stomach surgery that took 7 hours and from the moment I woke up out of surgery to discharge 6 days later, I can only say I had such a positive experience at Hartford hospital. From the nurses to doctors, they truly took care of me and made me feel like I can overcome what happened to me. Even after discharge, I still try to hold onto those positive vibes and the nurses/PT that visit me as in bed written have been awesome and helpful. I’m lucky that I went to Hartford Hospital and not somewhere else.

I was unaware of how delightful a restroom could smell until I had to utilize this one, due to my upcoming third triple bypass. The fragrance was like cherries mixed with citrus and pine! The restroom itself was impeccable in maintaince and cleanliness. I Highly recomend using these lavatorial facilities at any possible oppertunity.
